Cakes By Tamarra has FULL CREATIVE control for the design based on your theme and colors. Cakes require full payment at the time of booking. Sales are non refundable, you can change your date if needed with a minimum 3 week notice. No date changes can be made any later than 3 weeks before the pickup date.
