This membership is limited to 50 members only and is available on a first come, first served basis.

IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Membership is $39.99 per month. The membership fee does not include desserts or store credit. All food and merchandise are purchased separately.

VIP membership does not guarantee any specific flavor or item. Products are still available while supplies last, and regular purchase limits still apply, including a current limit of 4 puddings and 2 cake slices per person, unless otherwise announced.

VIP pickup privileges are not valid on preorder pickup days. VIP members will receive preorder access 60 minutes before the general public, but will follow the same pickup procedures and lines as all other preorder customers.

Memberships are for one person only and may not be transferred, shared, gifted or used to purchase items for another person. No additional guests are permitted during VIP-only pickup hours.

The name used when purchasing the membership must match the member’s valid photo ID when VIP privileges are used.

MONTHLY RENEWAL

Membership does not automatically renew.

Current members will receive an invoice approximately 3 days before the beginning of the next month. The invoice must be paid by the due date listed to keep your membership active.

If payment is not received by the deadline, your VIP spot will be released and may be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Once a spot is released, it cannot be guaranteed back.

All paid membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for the month purchased.

By purchasing a Big Back VIP Membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all membership terms and policies.
