Class time: 9am until 6pm.

This is a fun, intimate, advanced learning experience for men and women. This hands on class includes lunch along with supplies, fun and networking. Learn Tamarra’s step by step techniques for a flawless finish on this stand mixer cake . You will learn, creating a cake structure using different mediums (threaded rods, styrofoam, Rice Krispies), Ganache & buttercream, modeling chocolate & fondant, cake carving. Get help with pricing, social media marketing, and more! Template is included and yours to take home along with your cake. Remake this cake at anytime for clients or just for fun! This will be a long, detailed and informative class, come prepared to work hard and learn!

$200 retainer secures your seat

The second payment of $225.00 is due on or before September 24, 2023

The third and final payment of $225.00 is due on or before October 15, 2023
