VIRTUAL Mixer Cake Class

This is a fun learning experience for all skill levels. Learn Tamarra’s step by step techniques for a flawless finish on this stand mixer cake . You will learn, creating a cake structure using different mediums (threaded rods, styrofoam, Rice Krispies), Ganache & buttercream, modeling chocolate & fondant, cake carving. Template is included along with buttercream, ganache and modeling chocolate recipes. Follow along or remake this cake at anytime at your own pace. This will be a long, detailed and informative class. 

Class will take place LIVE in a private Facebook group. If you are purchasing after the scheduled class date, you can replay and follow along at any time. Video is available to view forever in the group, unlimited times. Group will remain open to ask me questions or share your progress with your classmates! Supply list, template, and recipes will be provided.
